Which languages does Nusan support?
Malay, Indonesian, English, Thai, and Tagalog — every pairing between them, with automatic language detection.
Does Nusan store my audio?
No. Audio is processed in memory and discarded immediately. It is never written to disk or sent to a permanent store. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use Nusan as a guest right away. Signing in is only needed for encrypted cloud backup and to sync your subscription across devices.
Does it work with my earphones?
Yes — any Bluetooth earphones, not just the latest AirPods. Translations route to whatever audio output is connected.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Nusan to manage or cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple.
What are the free plan limits?
Roughly 30 voice translations, 10 camera scans, and 5 conversation sessions per day. All five languages are included on the free plan.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app, open the Me tab. You can export your history and profile as JSON, or choose "Delete account & data" to remove everything.
